I'm a Sydney-based freelance HR Consultant with a background in HR tech.
My early career began in graphic design and copywriting, eventually leading to my first tech start-up and human resources. I've worked in three of Australia's top HR tech companies - Employment Hero, Culture Amp and Tribal Habits helping small businesses take control of their HR
and create amazing places to work.

Prior to working in HRIS/HR system implementations, I was Head of People & Performance at Employment Innovations, Employment Hero and Power2Motivate leading their talent acquisition and human resources operations for the Group.
